Becoming part of Chi Sigma Iota (CSI) at Lehman College means joining a network of students, faculty, and professionals who are passionate about counseling, leadership, and service. Our chapter is dedicated to creating a space where members can learn, grow, and contribute to both the counseling profession and the communities we serve.

Chi Sigma Iota Counseling Academic and Professional Honor Society International (ΧΣΙ) is a leading academic and professional honor society that recognizes and supports counseling students, counselor educators, and professional counselors around the world. As a member of the Association of College Honor Societies (ACHS), CSI upholds the highest standards of academic achievement, professionalism, and service.

The mission of CSI is to promote scholarship, research, professionalism, leadership, and excellence in counseling, while recognizing the hard work and dedication of those pursuing excellence in both academic and clinical practice. Here at Lehman, we are committed to bringing that mission to life by offering opportunities for collaboration, professional development, and leadership.
